The Chihuahuan Desert Mountains is one of many things we share in our tristate region. The upside down portrayal of the mountains are a way to reflect the borderline that separates our region into two countries but still unites us. Lastly, the cowboys culture is another thing we share in our region despite having our own different versions of what a "cowboy" should look like.
